Food made to be shared

Bold, generous Somali home cooking and wood-fired pizza — two traditions, one kitchen.

Yemeni Coffee

A thousand years of

coffee

culture

Yemen is where coffee as we know it began. The port of Mocha gave the world its first taste of what would become a global ritual. At Sava House, we honor that origin story — sourcing single-origin Yemeni beans, prepared with patience, served with intention.

Every cup is a bridge between heritage and the present moment. Whether you’re in for a meditative solo experience or a long conversation over hot drinks, our coffeehouse holds space for both.

"Coffee is not a drink. It is a place where people gather to think."

The ancient Yemeni coffee husk brew — spiced with ginger and cardamom. The heartbeat of Sava.

Pour-Over, Single Origin

Yemeni Haraaz beans, hand-poured with precision. Fruity notes and a long, warm finish.

Espresso, steamed milk, rose water, and cardamom. Delicate, aromatic, unmistakably Sava.

Cold Brew

Steeped for 18 hours in chilled water. Clean, concentrated, and unexpectedly smooth.

Loose-Leaf Teas

Curated East African and Yemeni tea blends — karkade hibiscus, mint, and premium Kenyan black tea.

Whole Bean Retail

Take the experience home. Our house-roasted Yemeni beans are available in 200g and 500g bags.

Somali Cuisine

Authentic dishes,

generous table

Somali cooking is a cuisine of abundance — rich rice dishes, slow-cooked meats, tangy lemon-spiced sauces, and the soft chew of canjeero bread. It’s food that was made to be shared, and that’s exactly how we serve it at Sava House.

Our kitchen also runs a full pizza program — because great hospitality means having something for everyone at the table.

"Generous portions, bold spices, and the warmth of a table that was always meant to hold more."
